Study model
Dual bachelor's degree program based on a split week model: two fixed study days + up to three practical days; or with maximum flexibility at the virtual campus or virtual campus in Latin America.

Remuneration
Reasonable monthly remuneration from the practice company; the amount of remuneration is agreed individually.
*Our graduates are granted state recognition and awarded the title “State-recognized social worker/social pedagogue” on the basis of the Hessian Law on the State Recognition of Social Workers, Social Pedagogues, Special Education Teachers, and Early Childhood Educators of December 21, 2010, last amended by Article 7 of the Law of August 22, 2018 (SozAnerkG, HE) and awarded the title “State-recognized social worker/social pedagogue.”

Compulsory schooling and absenteeism
Content:
Students examine school social work and school support as an interface between youth welfare and schools, along with the legal basis and financing. The focus is on counseling, individual support, open offers, group work, crisis management, professionalization, and further development.
