Get to know the Studienkolleg – International Year One*, a preparatory program for international applicants with a home-country university entrance qualification, you’ll master German, prepare academically, and gain real work experience – all in one year. Start online from home, finish on campus, and move directly into your bachelor’s studies with full confidence.

The mission is to systematically prepare highly motivated talents from around the world for their academic and professional careers – and to connect qualified, committed, and bilingual or trilingual young professionals with partner companies, supporting both parties in their joint development.

After Your Interantional Year One

 After completing the International Year One, you can continue your academic journey at iba I University of Applied Sciences* – either in a dual study program combining theory and practice or in a full-time study program. Iba offers a wide range of study options to choose from.
