The quality of our study programs.

The quality of our programs is very important to us. To ensure the quality of our dual study programs, we have implemented both internal and external quality assurance procedures. A team of iba employees is regularly and intensively involved in introducing new quality assurance processes and optimizing existing ones.

State recognition of iba | University of Cooperative Education

The iba University of Cooperative Education is based in Hessen and recognized by the state for an indefinite period of time. It is supervised by the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art (HMWK).

ZEvA accreditation

The dual bachelor's degree program in business administration at iba is regularly accredited by the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency in Hanover (ZEvA). Transparency, procedural reliability, the best possible support, and well-founded assessments of teaching, studies, and quality assurance characterize the procedural quality of external evaluations by ZEvA. Accreditation ensures and certifies academic and content standards and guarantees the quality of bachelor's degree programs, among other things. It also ensures national and international recognition of the degrees.

AHPGS accreditation

The Social Work & Management and Applied Therapy Sciences – Physiotherapy* degree programs at iba are regularly accredited by the accreditation agency in the field of health and social services in order to ensure quality in this area as well. The AHPGS is an interdisciplinary and multi-professional organization whose main task is to accredit bachelor's and master's degree programs (program accreditation) and internal control and quality management systems (system accreditation) at universities, universities of applied sciences, colleges of education, art and music colleges, and dual universities. The AHPGS works across all types of higher education institutions and disciplines, with particular expertise in the field of health and social services as well as in adjacent and related fields of activity.
