Use of the messenger service WhatsApp

If you choose to communicate with us via WhatsApp, you will transmit us your telephone number and/or public profile data (telephone number and, if applicable, surname and first name, profile picture, etc.). The chat history will also be saved. This is necessary so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, especially if we go into one-to-one communication with you. Entries for the search function (#search word) are also saved in the chat process.

The data is used exclusively for sending messages via encrypted one-to-one communication.

We will only use a mobile phone that has been specially provided for this purpose and is used for business purposes to communicate with you. Your contact data will not be stored in the address book. After final completion of the consultation, the chat history with you will be deleted.
