Business Administration

In the field of business studies and management, iba offers the dual Bachelor's degree programme Business Administration with 14 specialisations.

Business studies is one of the most popular degree courses in Germany and there is a good reason for this: a business degree qualifies you for multi-faceted tasks in a wide variety of sectors.

In the integrated work-study programmes Business Administration (6 semesters) and Business Administration | International Management (7 semesters) students gain in-depth knowledge and critical understanding of the principles and practice of modern management together with the ability to apply such principles in real-life business contexts. Students enrolled in the 7-semester programme Business Administration | International Management additionally develop intercultural management competence, focusing on either English or Spanish speaking countries.

The course content ranges from marketing, economics and controlling to financing, business mathematics and law. The academic modules are supplemented by the teaching of foreign languages, leadership skills and other key qualifications.
